José Hamming it Up

Award Winning chef José Andrés made a surprise appearance at a concert performed by Ozomatli, a latin-rock band who was playing at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC.  Once on stage he began to slice into a Jamón Ibérico, tossing the delicious pieces of ham into the audience.  José Andrés won the James Beard Foundation's Outstanding Chef Award in 2011 and is a tireless supporter of Spanish jamón.
