New York Times Announces 5J Arrival

Soon after the first Cinco Jotas Iberico de Bellota became available, the New York Times announced its arrival with an article by Florence Fabricant.  The paletas ( cured front shoulders) were the first to arrive, but soon the Rolls Royce of all ham, the Cinco Jotas Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, will be available in the U.S. for the first time, hopefully in time for the holidays.
